2026 Brussels

Bioeconomy LAB 2026 will return to Brussels from 28 September to 1 October 2026 at the House of the Austrian Economy, building on the success of the previous edition. The exhibition will once again showcase more than 70 cutting-edge paper and forest fibre-based innovations from across Europe, demonstrating how renewable, recyclable and low-carbon solutions can address citizens’ everyday needs while strengthening Europe’s competitiveness and strategic autonomy.

Officially launched during an evening networking reception on 28 September, the exhibition will remain open throughout the week alongside a series of high-level policy workshops, seminars and networking events, bringing together industry leaders, innovators, researchers and EU policymakers to explore the future of Europe’s bioeconomy.
